Wouldn't it be cool to have visual rep of our active calendar events, community hangouts, etc?

Simple google calendar should be able to handle that. personally I have calendar.google.com for my family with color coded items and events. If this project already has a caledar(saw it mentioned once) making it public, or at least making a public facing one should be easy enough?

Yeah, I think a public calendar would be good, just need to figure out if there are any other security ramifications (public guestlist), the meeting links themselves? Would defer to Kas Stohr for that.
