Summary

  • Adds _projects/Vaccine Hunters Canada.md for historical reference
  • Sourced from vaccinehunters.ca and meetup records for hacknights #317 and #494
  • Includes founding/closure dates (March 19, 2021 – March 19, 2022), team members, and a summary of the project's scale and impact
