Drop the drm/amd/display patch that we have applied for an instance of
-Wframe-larger-thanindrivers/gpu/drm/amd/display/dc/dml/dcn32/display_mode_vba_32.cfrom mainline and tip. Update the metadata of the remaining copies of the patch to indicate it is merged into mainline.
