Display Mode Override Not Updating the Client Refresh Rate

Hey!

My host is running at 59.94 Hz, and my TV displays exactly 60Hz when I check it on testufo.com.

My hope was to change the TV to 59.94Hz according to the display mode overrides documentation, but setting this to 2560x1440x59.94, connecting to the virtual display, and then checking the refresh rate on testufo.com does not show the client being overridden to 59.94Hz. It still shows a constant 60Hz.

The documentation implies that you override a 59.94Hz TV to 60Hz. But I technically want to do the opposite to test some things out.

So in short, should I expect to see a 59.94Hz refresh rate if I set the override to 2560x1440x59.94?

The override only works for virtual display on the host, you need to make sure you're using virtual display.

And you need to fully quit stream and connect again to make it work.

The override doesn't change the refresh rate of client, so if your client is 60hz, you should set 60hz.
