  1. New shortocde apbct_skip_encoding
  2. Shortcodes moved to separate classes
  3. Init and modify logic exclusions refactored as very single entrypoint for each case.
  4. Exclusions moved to separate class
  5. Some functions moved to helper class
  6. Unit tests improved
