Bug Report

Scrolling with a mouse wheel in XNet's UIs, such as the Controller's UI, works fine when scrolling up, but scrolling down requires you to scroll an unreasonable amount before it actually scrolls down. From testing, the bug appears to have been introduced in 0.3.27-alpha. 0.3.26-alpha scrolls as expected.
