Breaks german O2 Business Multicard Einstellungen

When in this menu (https://easyaccess.o2business.de/eCare/s/Mobilfunkkarten) you select a Phone Number and press "Multicard-Einstellungen". The upcoming menu on a new Page breaks.

A major difference seems to be that there are pluses isntead of spaces in there but that does not seem to be the whole story as just pasting the working url (with clean url turned off) does not yield a working menu. So probably there are more requests involved. I have no Idea on how to obtain those.

I have no idea of web tech if you do need more information feel free to guide me on how to obtain that, as it is a closed of platform. You need to have a mobile phone business contract with german o2 to access it. I can imagine that no one of the maintainers has that.
Another way would be to simply exclude all easyaccess.o2business URLS.
