Crash when launching

So I just downloaded FMM for the first time and put it in my Halo Online directory, only to have it crash on startup:

The only reason I can think of for it crashing is that the required VC++ Redistributable installer didn't work for me - it said there was a newer version on my system, which should be fine but still...

Is there any way to get a crash log from the application?

Try running as administrator if you haven't already. Anti-virus does not like it

Tried as admin + tried with various compatibility options too. No dice :/

I get a similar issue when trying to boot it up, all it does is just freeze a pon start up.
