fixes #54909 and makes football armor (which modern versions of is pretty low profile and efficient) less massively encumbering.

Used separated materials, based on references like this

So Chest is pretty static: plastic + thick cotton padding,
Shoulders have partially overlapping plastic bits

Encumbrance has been massively reduced since the coverage on this armor is abysmal and compounds with anything else the avatar is wearing.

Probably worth touching the football helmet too. Football helmets are definitely hard to wear but 50 feels extreme. Protection could be adjusted accordingly as well.
