Pull Request Overview
Updates the workflow triggers for the Docker Security Scan by removing the pull request trigger while keeping push and scheduled triggers intact.
- Removes pull_request trigger that was previously configured to run on main branch
- Maintains push trigger and weekly scheduled execution
