Firebolt requires double-quoted identifiers for case-sensitive column names defined with quotes in CREATE EXTERNAL TABLE. Without quotes, column names were lowercased causing "Column does not exist" errors. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
