Overview
Updates the Available extensions table in Managed Postgres docs so listed versions match what ships on instances today.

Adds age 1.7.0 (Apache AGE). Bumps several extensions (e.g. PostGIS family 3.6.1 → 3.6.3, pg_clickhouse 0.1 → 0.3, vector 0.8.1 → 0.8.2, pg_partman, pgrouting, address standardizer). Fills in previously empty version cells for pg_re2 (0.1) and pg_stat_ch (0.3).
