This PR comments out the Noon dependency and the code in the noon_introduction notebook, due to a problem with the git dependencies, as discussed here.

This affects other Civitas devs, since Civitas includes Noon through the git deps.

We can probably bring the notebook back after the next Noon version is deployed to Clojars.
