[Feature Request] Uptime monitoring card with availability bar chart

Description

I'm requesting a new card for Bubble Card that displays an availability bar chart (historical visual similar to uptime-card): each bar represents a time period, colored according to status (green=available, yellow/orange=degraded, red=down).

Use case

I need a card that:

1. Shows current status of an entity (binary or boolean)
2. Has horizontal bar chart with availability history (last 30 days, last 24h, etc.)
3. Dynamic colors: green (available), yellow (degraded), red (down)
4. Bubble Card styling: border color based on current state, smooth animations

Benefit

Maintains dashboard visual language consistency without relying on external cards for historical availability visualization.

Current alternative

Using external HACS cards, which lose visual integration with Bubble Card.
