Different icons for different windows version

Hello,
Is there a possibility of different display for different version of Windows on the same pc. I have Windows 7, Windows 10 and Ubuntu installed on three different hard drives and I wanted to know if it is possible to display each version of Windows with a different icon. The BIOS is MBR (Not UEFI) and the Clover Bootloader version is 5171.

We have a difference between legacy booted Windows and UEFI. In your case both windows is legacy. You may give them different volumes names but not icons.
If someone want to develop such a possibility then welcome.
