testcases update

After upgrading pacemaker version to 2.1.7+20240530.09c4d6d2e in docker image for CI, the original testcases need to do these changes:

• Convert 'ms' or 'master' command into promotable clone
• Avoid multiple rule in a location constraint
• Apply constraints to the group instead of the grouped resource
• Remove unknown resource meta attribute
• New output of pacemaker-fenced metadata
