Add zensical docs build to CI/CD pipelines

This update modifies the .github/workflows/ci.yml and .github/workflows/publish.yml templates within the generated project.

1. In ci.yml, a new Build docs step runs uv run zensical build right after testing.
2. In publish.yml, a new Build Docs step runs the same command right before the package build step.
   These changes ensure that Zensical documentation is built correctly in the project CI environment and right before publishing, as requested by the user.
