Hello @davefavismortlock @coastalme - I've tried to use GitHub to extend the email discussions we have recently had on the representation of talus. Following Wilf's steer, this seemed the best way to capture thoughts for posterity! |

Are the only possible options for the talus (within the existing coastalME conspetualisation):
(1) talus is 'consolidated' and has the resistance to erosion of the consolidated material from which it came
(2) talus is 'consolidated' and has a different resistance to erosion than the consolidated material from which it came
(3) - [the current representation] talus is unconsolidated and (is understood to have the proportion of
fine/ medium/ coarse sediments of the consolidated material from which it came).
