Description
(1) Packages are outdated and throw off errors
(2) "RuntimeError: Y1 Y2 index are not equal" error, which masks some sort of other error (possibly to do with gene names)
To maintain this package, I kindly ask that you (1) create a single, TF2 using version of the dependency file, (2) automate basic input processing to get rid of the size mismatch error.
