- Final_figures contains notebooks creating all main and SI figures. It will only run with the associated datatables.
- Those are in data.zip that can be unzipped at the root of the directory (same level as notebooks)
- Simulation code is availble in final_figures/simulator.py
- Datatables are created from raw data with a codebase available in this repository
- Code and data to train the ML model is given in the MLmodel folder
