Description
Why:
- Clicking the "log out" button occasionally doesn't do anything, resulting in the user remaining logged in
What to do:
- Investigate the issue to find out why this happens
- Determine and implement a fix
- Depending on the scope of the fix, may want to create a new ticket for it
