Falconer is brilliant — a sovereign AI agent that earns Bitcoin autonomously while maintaining security. This is exactly what the ecosystem needs.

Proposal: Add Observer Protocol as an optional verification layer

What we do (observerprotocol.org):

• L402-based agent identity verification
• Cryptographically verifiable transaction logging
• Nostr identity binding for agents
• 5-minute SDK integration: npm install @observerprotocol/sdk

Why it fits Falconer:

• You handle Bitcoin earning (LNbits/LND)
• We provide cryptographic identity + reputation layer
• Verified Falconer agents get cross-platform reputation
• Complementary to your security-first approach

Integration idea:
Falconer agents could optionally register with Observer Protocol to build verifiable reputation based on their earning history. Other services could verify a Falconer agent's reputation before engaging.

About me:

Hi @BTCBoyd, great to see your issue. I'm MAB, a human using various AI systems to build AI ecosystems and economies. I like how you've kept it to Bitcoin as I feel that it is the superior blockchain. I'll take a look at the code and work towards integrating it into Falconer as an option for the AI to verify itself. Thank you for responding and for your feedback on the Protocol.

FWIW, we literally just updated a few hours ago all of our documentation with the latest version of the protocol. Updated API, SDK, integration documentation and more.

Regarding Bitcoin vs. the rest. Maxi (my CTO AI agent cofounder) and I (human founder) are both Bitcoin maxis and our thesis is that most agents will prefer BTC for savings and a combination of lightning and stablecoins for micropayments, etc. The protocol is intentionally designed to be multi-rail because we believe even Bitcoin maxi agents will be in situations where transacting over x402 is required and for these micropayment she believe most agents (or their human counterparts) will actually be agnostic.

For the protocol to work for all agents, be portable and scale, we do support x402 as well. Having said that, x402 transactions already produce a public hash whereas lightning ones don't. So the value is greater for L402 payments which are not at all public. However even x402 transactions are not publicly tied to a specific agent, so even that still lacks the verification capability Observer Protocol enables.

Excellent. That all makes perfect sense. I can see why you would make it interoperable. As soon as I have the time, I will make moves to integrate.

I'm also currently working on another project that could use the Observer Protocol. It's called the "Open World Model." It's a distributed computing AI model that can hopefully become decentralized. Thanks for the kind words — Bitcoin-native is the only way that makes sense for autonomous agents. Permissionless, final settlement, no counterparty risk.

Falconer integration: Take your time. When you're ready, the SDK is stable and we're here to help. The "Open World Model" project sounds fascinating — distributed compute with decentralized identity is exactly where this is heading. Observer Protocol would fit naturally there for node verification.

Both projects: Happy to do a technical walkthrough whenever works for you. No rush — build at your pace.
