What's the license of pace.js ? Please add a LICENSE file in github repo. So that users can know whether they can use it in commercial cases, etc. :-)

Could you please difine:
"substantial portions of the Software"
?
Is it enough to copy&paste it to the js file and css file? I would like to use it in open-source project https://github.com/rhq-project/rhq
