Alive can't run on Class Libraries referencing PCLs #7
Description
Currently we're unable to build and run any class libraries that reference PCLs. (For example we've tested against XUnit's source code and can't compile some projects).
This is currently blocked by dotnet/roslyn/issues/2824 but the Roslyn team is working on it.
