🐞 Inspector Sidebar Should Have A Visibility Toggle

Describe the bug
The inspector sidebar should have a visibility toggle button in the right side of the toolbar.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open a project
2. Notice that there is no inspector sidebar visibility toggle in the toolbar

Expected behavior
There should be a toggle in the toolbar to toggle inspector sidebar visibility.

Use the sidebar.right SF Symbol.
