Description

This PR adds a new ports menu to the Utility Area. It displays open ports from processes started by CodeEdit, and it also optionally can forward ports to the internet using UPnP. The menu can also kill process associated with ports. Additionally, it displays either user-opened ports or all ports open on the system.
