Meteor: Facebook page and post

Create one or more Facebook pages and generate sample posts. Create a method for each of these. Test post capability with a button on the case summary window.

Manually created a page at www.facebook.com/cfbc3po for development purposes. Named the page "Boulder Permits Prototype" to get started. Saved Facebook terms and conditions to the c3po folder.

Oops. Facebook says that "cfbc3po" contains words that aren't allowed on Facebook. }-
Renamed it boulderc3po. So, navigate to www.facebook.com/boulderc3po for the development / prototyping (anchor/root) page.

We used disqus, but want to include Facebook - so this is an open issue into the next implementation.
