@earth-walker I was just looking for this doc to refer Sara to it and noticed it got deleted. It doesn't look to me like the content got moved anywhere, so I'm just wondering if that was an oversight or intentional.
As an immediate fix, I was imagining just restoring this as:
docs/development/testing-prs-with-codespaces.md
... and moving the astro site to something like:
docs/site/
... but maybe in the future there could be a section on the docs site for dev-related docs.
