Two early-reader gaps in CLAUDE.md surfaced while orienting a fresh session: (1) the spec → plan → implement → close → PR loop was implied by the specops skill but not summarized as a quick map, and (2) deploy had no top-level orientation — operators had to dig into docs/operations/ to even know GitOps was the path. Feature workflow goes right after the skills inventory so the skill references resolve. Deploy goes between Local setup and Source control, parallel to "how to develop" / "how this ships". Closeout was skipped when PR #67 merged on 2026-05-19 — the plan stayed in-progress despite shipped + green CI. Flip to done, tick the validation checklist (all confirmed during the PR's browser verification), and fill in Notes + Follow-ups per the specops closeout ritual.
