Allow */* in binaryMimeTypes

API Gateway supports wildcard binary mime types. We should allow the same functionality here.

I have a question that I think is related to this. I have been trying to figure out why I sometimes get this error after deploying my angular app using this package:

Failed to load module script: The server responded with a non-JavaScript MIME type of "text/html". Strict MIME type checking is enforced for module scripts per HTML spec.

I believe I located part of the cause, or at least why the error started popping up. In the Angular 8 release, angular-cli now inserts the compiled js files into the index.html file with type="module" instead of the previous type="text/javascript".
I found this issue angular/angular#30835 in the angular project. None of the solutions presented there helped me, so I'm hoping someone here can help. I tried adding 'module' to my list of binaryMimeTypes, but it didn't help.
I also tried adding '/'. Also no help. Is that now how to use this enhancement?
