There's a ton of CSS which clutters up this PR, but the index.html file is where the challenge is laid out. It might be a bit elaborate, but it's pretty straightforward (I think). There are TODO comments in the challenge files that show where stuff needs to go.
You should be able to check out this pull request to actually open the html and see what happens.
