HI, have updated and paid for the pro licence, but no licence verification or update on the platform. Cannot access any of the pro features and have not received any confirmations. Cant see a customer services/support line either for support?
Any one else having these issues?

Hello, the pro version does not require a license. You only need to download the pro client and log in with the purchased account.

HI Xin Yan, Thanks for the response. I have the local client downloaded and have logged in using the registered account: ***@***.*** Unfortunately I am being directed to Upgrade whenever I try to run an AI query. [image: image.png] I have tried to log out and back in with the account I registered with when i paid for the Upgrade to Pro on an annual contract. Sorry, I just saw the message today. Can you provide a screenshot? If you purchased the pro version, you need to download the pro version of the client.
