Include docker compose docs case for certificate without wildcard

Our current documentation covers only the case where there is a single certificate for both domains. This is applicable only for the case when SSL cert is issued with a wildcard in the domain.

By default our documentation should include the case when there are 2 different certificates as then it is easier to conclude what to do if there is only one with a wildcard.

No, you can use the same, just use different names to mimic separated certificates.

Tested in build v2025.2.0-1235 ✅

I duplicated the existing certs to have one for intel and another for collab, just changing the names. Intel and Collab containers started without issues.
