Add env_file to codetogether-intel service

In order to allow intel container to correctly resolve env variables from .env, we need to add the following value to the intel service in the compose.yaml:

 env_file:
      - .env

[waldekCT]

Fixed ✅
Instance is running properly, tested hosting sessions, and tested few tasks on running instance.
