Inject certs and ssl certs into internal nginx conf in docker compose

Similiar to what we already do with codetogether-intel and codetogether-collab configuration, we can also make a quick start possible for nginx configuration. Instead of requiring to modify nginx.conf manually, we can leverage on the same template mechanism and inject all values into it.

As a result, user should be ready to go by just setting up the .env file.
