[Enhancement] show all apps when selecting for gestures #311

Feature description
Currently when you select launch app for a gesture you are presented with the non-hidden apps whereas when selecting an app for the home screen you get all apps.
It would be best to select from all apps when selecting an app for a gesture, IMO.
