Adds a system tray icon to the notification area that displays a color-coded usage percentage badge (green/yellow/orange/red based on 5h window usage). Left-clicking the tray icon toggles the taskbar widget on/off; right-clicking opens the existing context menu. The widget visibility preference is persisted to settings.json. Updates README to document the new tray icon behavior.
