What’s the point of using npm to install software if, when I open it, I have to install dependencies again?

Whatever servers you’re using to host the secondary download for the CLI are unbelievably slow.
I’m currently trying to open the CLI for the fifth consecutive time, with no success. This is my last attempt! either it works now or I’m done.

- I’m having a terrible experience before even getting to try the code. This is a critical issue that will drive away most new users, and winning them back later will be nearly impossible. The fix should be straightforward: remove unnecessary secondary downloads, or at the very least serve them through a CDN for faster, more reliable access.
