Summary
Allow the
browser-usesubagent to run in Freebuff free mode with its bundled Gemini Flash Lite model. This fixes the free-mode validation rejection when MiniMax Freebuff spawns browser automation, while keeping the existing agent/model allowlist gate.
Added helper and chat-completions API coverage for the new allowlisted child-agent path.
