Updates the Freebuff model FAQ to list DeepSeek, Kimi, and MiniMax with the current session limits. Keeps server env validation strict now that IPINFO_TOKEN is configured in Render. Bumps Next to 15.5.16 across both Next apps so matching SWC packages resolve cleanly, and pins fresh caniuse-lite data through overrides to avoid stale Browserslist warnings. Validated with Freebuff web build and focused typechecks.
