Description

Type of Edit (select all that apply)

Add new content (definitions, codeblocks, etc.)

Description (optional)

This edit is for the Git: Pull Requests entry located under the file path: docs/content/git/concepts/pull-requests/pull-requests.md

Clarify when exactly a fork is needed. Currently it sounds like a fork is always needed but there are instances where you wouldn't need a fork (like when collaborating with someone and you both have write access to the repository). Explain this in the entry. If needed, you can add a blockquoted note under the step explaining this.

Please refer to the entry templates, content standards, and markdown style guide when working on the PR for this issue.
