Re-organise admin menu #37

We can remove the current Sizzify link and have templates directory as default link selected, since sizzify one is useless
Add a new menu sub-item called, Themes and under it add 9 themes like : Hestia, Zerif Lite, ShopIsle, Belise, new_theme, Orfeo, Fagri, Oblique, Amadeus
