Submenu icon alignment has changed in the latest update

Description:

Many users reported that the alignment of the submenu icon has changed after updating the Neve theme to version 3.4.8. It appears in the center at the bottom of the menu item. I am not able to replicate the exact behavior, but the size of the submenu icon has changed on my end.

How to reproduce:

1. Make sure you have submenus in the navbar
2. Update the theme to the latest version and check menus.

Expected behaviour:

The submenu icon should appear left or right

Current behaviour:

The submenu icon appears in the center at the bottom of the menu item.

I think is related to the legacy skin.
I will have a look.

Later edit:
Either ask the user to use the new skin if possible or a quick fix until we patch this we can use the CSS bellow.

As a quick fix this CSS style can fix the issue:

.nav-ul li > .wrap {
  display: flex;
  align-items: center;
  position: relative;
}

As a quick fix this CSS style can fix the issue:

This CSS patch works to restore the first level. However, a bug remains for subcategories when a 3rd level subcategory is empty. Indeed, the arrow does not appear, which creates a shift.

Will this fix be pushed in a future theme update ?

Apparently this is a Neve Pro feature? I'm using the free one for now so fix is much needed :)
