HTML Anchor change on every page update

How to replicate this:

1. Install and activate Neve
2. Import the Original Starter Site in Gutenberg
3. Check the generate HTML anchor of the Our Focus section in frontpage. In my example it was wp-block-themeisle-blocks-advanced-columns-3fcd4c7e
4. Use that anchor in the menu, to link to the Our Focus section
5. Edit any other section/content in the frontpage and publish the changes.
6. The link in the menu does not work anymore, as the id changed to wp-block-themeisle-blocks-advanced-columns-e0a87d3a
