Exclude Anacrusis (Pickup) Measures from Bar Numbering

When a score starts with \ac, display measure numbering starting from the first complete bar (traditional engraving behavior).

I read it, I already knew about info mentioned, but I still consider that do not assign a bar number to a pickup bar and start counting in the first one complete as a good feature to have.
