Consider high DPI displays for HTML5 canvas #496
Description
The HTML5 canvas rendering currently renders all notation images in scale 1. For high DPI displays this leads to a not-so-sharp display. alphaTab should consider high DPI displays and renders the raw image in a higher resolution which is then resized down for sharp display.
