• Retargeted the Apprise lifecycle bridge to CloudCLI's 1.35.x notification orchestrator so Codex stop and error events keep using HolyClaude's Apprise notification setup.
• Kept Codex chat completion fields explicit on CloudCLI 1.35.x provider turn_complete events.
• Added Docker build checks and regression tests so CloudCLI patch drift fails before release.
