Feature Request: Add notification when madurity has passed

Do you see it viable to have a notification when the maturity period has passed and then an update can be applied?

Good idea — built it. Merged in #597, ships in the next v1.6 release.

How it works: when a container's maturity period passes and the update becomes applicable, drydock now fires a dedicated maturity-cleared notification ("Update ready for container X") instead of leaving you to wait for the next scheduled scan's generic update-available notice. A lightweight background check runs every 5 minutes by default (DD_MATURITY_SWEEP_CRON to tune it, empty string disables), so the notification arrives within minutes of the gate lifting rather than hours later.

A few details:

• It goes through your existing notification triggers and respects their THRESHOLD, include/exclude and ONCE settings, and it's deduplicated against the regular update-available notification so you never get told about the same update twice.
• It also shows up in the in-app bell and the audit trail.
• Action triggers (auto-update) are unchanged — they still apply the update on their normal scan cadence.
