Support for multiple instances of Visual Studio

Hi there, thought I'd take this plugin for a spin to see if it can fill a gap since my company decided to go all-in on claude instead of copilot :)

I'm often coding in two applications at once (with a common submodule between them), and so I regularly have two instances of Visual Studio open at a time, working on a common feature (or at least making sure that the feature doesn't break the other application).

Ideally, I'd be able to set MCP to auto-start and some kind of broker would be able to dispatch the MCP requests to the instance that corresponds to the space the LLM is working out of, but I acknowledge that might be a lot of work, but as an perhaps easier solution, is there a way we could define the port number per solution?
