A simple web-based vector geospatial dataset viewer powered by DuckDB-WASM.
VecGeo Viewer is a lightweight single-page web application (or SPA) that does not need any backend services. Everything is more or less done in the web browser including loading the datasets and rendering the maps. Handling the data is done using DuckDB-WASM, and the visualization is done using Leaflet JavaScript library.
Compared to similar tools, like Kepler.gl, VecGeo Viewer is much simpler and lighter. It is mainly intended as a tool to visualize and inspect geospatial data fast and easily without the need for any special setup.
